Services and skills are to provide producibility engineering to the NASA Design Team, provide developmental hardware and test articles, and manufacture and assemble Ares I Upper Stages as well as provide services to the Design, Development, Test and evaluation (DDT&E) effort, and producibility engineering support to the NASA Design Team, from the Production effort and also includes production flight units to be produced.
