The agencywide performance-based contract is for PP&C mission services and indefinite-delivery, indefinite- indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task orders, and time-and-materials for programmatic subject matter expert IDIG task orders. Below is the scope for each of the three assigned SME’s:

The NASA/MSFC Engineering support Office requires subject matter expert support in the area of Materials Science and Materials Engineering for Information systems. The support is expected to be part time.

The purpose of this task is to provide support to the Habitation Systems Development Office in its efforts to formulate and manage future in-space and surface habitats and habitation systems.

This task provides support to the Stages Element for Core Stage anomaly and failure investigations and resolutions.

• The Stages Element failure investigation contractor is responsible to work with the Stages prime contractor and their suppliers to aid in identification, investigation, and resolution of Core Stage hardware failures and anomalies.
• The Stages Element Contractor will also provide input to the appointed Stages Core Stage Technical Monitor on Stages prime contractor performance to meeting programmatic milestones.
