C4I SAD is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Services Contract that provides software application and database support for the Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Systems Center Pacific’s continuing requirement for systems engineering support for SSC Pacific Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C41) programs.

Under the C4I SAD contract, Sev1Tech’s services include System Requirements, Design, Implementation, Integration, and Documentation.

Eligible Users: Customers requiring knowledge-based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) related needs including:

• Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC)
• Other Program Executive Offices (PEOs)
• Other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies
• Implementations will generally fall under the standards and guidelines established by Defense Information System Agency (DISA)
• Shared data environments, common Operating Environment (COE) and other follow-on architectural guidance
