Woodbridge, VA – Sev1Tech, Inc., a leader in providing IT, engineering, and program management services to government and commercial clients, announced today that is has been chosen by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to provide civil, mechanical, and structural engineering services for the Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) in Juneau, Alaska. This is Sev1Tech’s thirteenth contract with the USCG to date.

The USCG CEU has enlisted a team of three Sev1Tech personnel to provide engineering services to support projects throughout the 17^th Coast Guard District (D17) area of responsibility in alignment with advanced acquisition plans. Most of the CEU Juneau design and construction work is related to shore-side maintenance of existing facilities which include utility buildings, roads, piers and docks, hangars, housing complexes, office buildings, galleys, gyms, small clinics, and tower structures. Our team will be providing technical reviews of reports and studies, offering consultation and troubleshooting advice, and conducting facility condition assessments. We will also collaborate with other engineers and architects, provide insight on unique engineering problems, review design and build specifications, assist in developing scopes of work, and travel to operational and construction sites around the area.

This contract was awarded under the OASIS Small Business Pool One contract vehicle.
