Sev1Tech Announces New Chief Human Resources Officer

WOODBRIDGE, Va., March 10, 2020 – Sev1Tech, a leader in providing IT, cloud, cyber security, engineering, C5ISR and program management support services, is excited to announce that Lisa Anderson has joined the company as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Lisa will support Sev1Tech’s growth strategy by leading talent and performance management efforts, implementing recruitment strategies, enhancing employee relations and designing HR analytics and systems.
Lisa is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of HR experience in fast-paced environments. Previously, Lisa served as an HR director at Leidos for their Government Health Safety & Solutions (GH&SS) Group where she led an HR division that supported over 1,200 employees. Prior to joining Leidos, she led HR teams at SGI Global and QinetiQ North America. Additionally, she has experience managing HR functions in the non-profit, healthcare, and education fields. She is currently an adjunct professor teaching Human Resources at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC).

Lisa obtained a Master of Science in human resource management from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from James Madison University. She achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, awarded to individuals who have demonstrated a strategic mastery of U.S. HR policies and procedures. She also holds a Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification.
