WOODBRIDGE, Va., January 5, 2026 — Sev1Tech’s Vice President of Growth, has been recognized as a 2025 Association of Proposal Management Professionals’ (APMP) 40 under 40 award recipient. These awards honor outstanding APMP members who drive revenue and growth throughout the proposal profession. Dexter was selected among a competitive pool of applicants across multiple industries for her achievements in driving corporate growth, supporting her community, and leading the success of her team.
Dexter has a career spanning more than 12 years in growth and proposals with career highlights that include exceeding revenue targets and growing a multi-billion-dollar pipeline. She is an incredible mentor and leader to her team, driving them to reach their potential as she fulfills her day-to-day duties, focusing on corporate revenue growth, proposal management excellence, and mentoring the next generation of proposal experts.
In her current role, Dexter is responsible for expanding business growth within Sev1Tech’s government and commercial divisions through strategic initiatives. Dexter is responsible for establishing and maintaining opportunity pipelines across supporting corporate financial growth projections, and leading proposal management operations. She advises senior leadership on strategic planning and go-to-market plans for services that serve customers across defense, space, and civilian markets.
As an APMP 40 under 40 honoree, Dexter stands out from her proposal peers. She has exceeded all annual operating plan targets for awards and submits, led Sev1Tech growth to multiply by 7-fold in annual revenue in just 12 years, and managed growth integrations of two acquired companies in two months. As a leader, Dexter drives her team to stay relevant with their certifications and has managed and coached several highly skilled business development, capture, and proposal professionals. She is an authentic coach and has encouraged her team to obtain multiple APMP Foundations Certifications and certifications, especially in Proposal AI.
