Nicole McAllister is the senior vice president of Strategy and Growth for Sev1Tech’s Space Division, where she leads strategic growth initiatives in support of Department of Defense space missions. Her work focuses on enabling enterprise IT capabilities that underpin space operations, advancing digital engineering and digital mission threads, and integrating commercial technologies into complex government space programs.
McAllister brings more than 15 years of experience operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and mission delivery across the space ecosystem. She partners closely with government customers to address challenges related to cross-domain integration, operational resilience, and system-of-systems delivery, ensuring digital infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity capabilities are aligned to support mission execution at scale.
Over her eleven-year tenure at Sev1Tech, McAllister has served in multiple senior leadership roles, including general manager for Civil and Commercial Aerospace and vice president of Commercial Sales and IT. In these roles, she led teams of more than 150 IT and engineering professionals delivering enterprise and mission-support capabilities across aerospace, defense, and geospatial domains. This experience informs her ability to translate strategic objectives into executable programs that connect architecture, operations, and outcomes.
McAllister’s leadership approach emphasizes disciplined strategy, ecosystem awareness, and pragmatic execution. She is a strong advocate for leveraging mature commercial solutions to accelerate modernization while maintaining the rigor required for government space missions. Her ability to align stakeholders, reduce complexity, and drive integrated delivery has made her a trusted mission partner to government and industry leaders.
McAllister holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in political science from Virginia Tech.
