Jessica Maloney

General Manager, Civilian Division

Jessica Maloney is the general manager of Sev1Tech’s Civilian Division. In her role, Maloney is responsible for delivering mission-critical support services and solutions that transform business operations and growth. She drives advancement of C4&IT, enterprise network architecture and engineering capabilities and strengthen program management and procurement.

 

Maloney’s expertise and experience with her Federal Civilian counterparts, including CBP, ICE, USCIS, and CISA, have positioned her to anticipate challenges and empower her team to reach the highest possible standard of service delivery, allowing Sev1Tech to fulfill its core commitment to support U.S. national security interests.

During her 14 years with Sev1Tech, Maloney served as vice president of DHS Operations, driving business unit strategy, growth, and performance while overseeing reporting, talent development, quality control, and expansion efforts. She also served as program manager for CBP’s Enterprise Network Architecture Engineering Services Support, leading contract execution and supporting the design, security, and operations of enterprise network systems. 

Maloney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Denver. She is ITIL Foundation v3 certified and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is also a certified Scrum Master and Financial Literacy instructor for the Great Game of Business and a certified Emergenetics Associate trainer.

 

Maloney serves on the Women in Technology (WIT) Board of Directors as secretary, ensuring organizational transparency and compliance while supporting strategic initiatives that advance WIT’s mission to empower women in the technology industry.
