Denise Wilder is the chief financial officer (CFO) at Sev1Tech. As CFO, Wilder is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the company. Wilder ensures that internal and external management comprehends where the company stands financially to perform effectively preparing for the company’s future direction.

Wilder has over 30 years of experience in the government contracting sector. She has experience and is proficient in all facets of accounting, DCAA compliance and project management. Wilder’s extensive experience is in mergers and acquisitions in both buying and selling, cost accounting, federal acquisition regulations, Deltek/Costpoint and pricing/proposal support.

Prior to joining Sev1Tech, Wilder held other leadership positions including CFO at both Matcom International Co. and Information Innovators Inc. and vice president of finance and accounting at ASRC Federal Holding Company. Wilder is also credited with co-founding HIO Consulting LLC.

Wilder received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from East Carolina University.
