The organization maintained its Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI Services) Maturity Level III.

Our third consecutive assessment is at the Level III maturity rating for our software development process (CMMI-DEV). The joint appraisal-audit executed by Williamsburg Process Solutions LLC extends full-compliance at Level III to all appraised areas.

CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve performance. CMMI maturity models continuously improve processes and performance and lead to higher quality products and services with decreased risk.

An appraisal at Maturity Level III indicates the organization is performing at a defined level. It signifies that current processes and quality are consistent with globally accepted standards. At this level, the organization is more proactive than reactive when approaching risk.
