Mary Ogles, Sev1Tech Chief of Staff, Recognized as 2026 FORUM Foundation Award Winner

WOODBRIDGE, Va., March 17th, 2026 — Sev1Tech, an ERT company providing information technology (IT), engineering, program management, C5ISR and cybersecurity systems integration and support services, announced today that Mary Ogles, chief of staff, is a winner of the 2026 FORUM Foundation Awards which honor the essential team members behind successful GovCon operations. Ogles plays a pivotal role at Sev1Tech and will be formally celebrated at an awards ceremony in May.
As chief of staff, Ogles is a central hub for employees across departments, answering questions and creating a space for genuine connection. She guides the next generation of leaders by shaping Sev1Tech’s internship program and curating ideal schedules based on professional goals. She also leads and executes major corporate events such as PM Palooza, which annually brings over 100 project managers together to plan and set the tone for the year ahead. Ogles has an ability to proactively solve problems in calm confidence, and her impact is felt throughout the organization.
Ogles’s impact extends beyond the office as she leads the community services efforts in Woodbridge, Va. She spearheads opportunities from food drives to polar plunges and is actively engaged in finding ways to give back to the local community. Following the devastation of Hurricane Helene, she organized early morning supply runs to the local BJs and supported logistics to send leadership to the Augusta, Ga., office to provide basic resources to employees and their families.
In addition, Ogles served as an International Delegation Ambassador and provided Spanish translation at the Sea-Air-Space Symposium, supporting important discussions and strategic partnerships related to national maritime security. Her impact extends beyond her professional contributions, as she continually strives to make a positive difference within her local community.
